Finnair partners with Calrom to manage Groups worldwide
Finnair will be partnering with Calrom, the technology arm of the Travel Innovation Group, to manage its group bookings worldwide.
Finnair has recently signed an agreement and will be using Calrom’s market leading Groups Next Gen (GNG) platform to automate, control and modernise the retailing of its group bookings. The platform will also allow Finnair’s customers to self-service their own group bookings through a dedicated trade portal, which enables real-time shopping, quoting, booking, amendments, payment processing, naming and ticketing.
